Working with a personal trainer has numerous benefits.  Proper form, guided instruction, nutritional counseling, motivation, someone to keep you accountable for not missing sessions, and one on one interaction.  Dr. Tanner has a passion for fitness and exercise.  As a former competitive bodybuilder, he knows how to achieve maximum results and loves sharing his knowledge of over 20 years of training with his clients.  An added benefit of training with Dr. Tanner is the knowledge of exercises that will help you versus those that could hurt you.  
Tanner Chiropractic is equipped wIth a 1,000 square foot workout facility on premises.  We have everything you need to get a great workout with a lot of variety.  

Cost:     $45.00 for a 30 minute session with Dr. Tanner
              $75.00 for a 60 minute session with Dr. Tanner
